Tile Installer / Tile Technician / Grout Technician – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

The Grout Medic is a well-established company in Monmouth County looking for experienced Tile and/or Grout Technicians to serve Central NJ and surrounding areas. We bring grout and tile back to life!

For the right candidates, we will provide:

• Top pay: $18-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience (references needed for top pay)
• Full-time work, Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm
• 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment
• Steady, bi-weekly pay by direct deposit
• Company vehicle for those licensed and insurable (no need to use your own truck)
• Free company shirts and pants

Services we offer our customers:

• Tile installation
• Tile replacement
• Re-grouting
• Re-caulking
• Grout cleaning
• Grout color sealing
• Water damage repair behind tile (we don’t do drywall repairs, but it’s a plus if you have experience)

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a valid driving license with a clean driving record (no exceptions)
• Be patient, friendly, systematic, and possess a keen eye for detail
• Have experience with silicone caulk and sanded and/or unsanded grout
• Possess the ability to follow procedure and respond to customers’ needs
• Have a great work ethic and take pride in your work
• Have a cell phone
• Speak English well
• Be a U.S. citizen or have a work permit
• Be willing to submit to a background check
