Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Phillipsburg, NJ
Pay Range: $19.50/hourly
Shift: 10PM-6:30AM Monday – Saturday

• Picking clothing items based on customer orders or production requirements
• Packing items carefully for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and preparation
• Unpacking items upon arrival to verify inventory condition
• Folding clothing items neatly for packaging or storage
• Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
