Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices by reviewing all related documents for multiple locations.
  • Organize and file all digital and paper documents/data on the server.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Assist with reconciling monthly statements.
  • Assist with month-end close processes as needed.
  • Requirements:

  • No prior work experience needed; must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
  • Analytical mindset and good communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel and Outlook preferred.
  • Quick Books Enterprise experience is a plus.
  • Training will be provided onsite.
  • Seeking a team-oriented individual interested in hands-on training and growth opportunities.
