Seeking a knowledgeable Project Accountant looking to build a long‑term career with a company that prioritizes development and internal advancement. This role will support high‑volume, multi‑region projects, focusing on job reconciliation and project accounting for both equipment and installation projects. Candidates with 3–5 years of project or cost accounting experience and a background in construction or manufacturing will excel in this role, which offers strong visibility, hands‑on responsibilities, and meaningful opportunities for long‑term growth.

• Own job reconciliation for install projects, including assigning job codes and preparing percentage‑of‑completion (POC) files.
• Manage AR, billing, retention tracking, change orders, completion calculations, contract review, and WIP schedules.
• Prepare journal entries, support month‑end, and assist with job closeouts.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, Install, Sales, GMs, and the Controller to review project status and financial impacts.
• Work across 20–30 active jobs at varying stages and complexity across multiple regions.
• Visit warehouse environments as needed; occasional travel required.

• 3–5 years of project or cost accounting experience in construction or manufacturing (required).
• Experience with project accounting, POC files, or construction accounting.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and operate comfortably in non‑AC warehouse areas.
• SAP B1 experience is a plus.
