Located in north central Phoenix, we are one of Arizona's largest locally-owned CPA and business advisory firms. We are looking for a stellar Senior Audit Associate to join our team and become a trusted business advisor to our clients. We provide top quality accounting and auditing, tax, and consulting services to private companies across a variety of industries including Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Individual/Estate/Gift.

• Lead the execution of audit and assurance engagements, including planning fieldwork and reporting.
• Coordinate, supervise, and mentor audit team members, providing feedback and guidance throughout engagements.
• Research technical accounting and audit issues, staying current with relevant standards (GAAS, PCAOB) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Ensure engagements and financial statements are performed and prepared in accordance with the applicable professional standards.

• Licensed CPA required, or significant progress toward certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in public accounting or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of audit principles, practices, and standards (GAAS, PCAOB).
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years required.
• Audit experience: 4 years required.
• CPA Firm experience: 4 years required.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
