Hot Foot Recruiters is excited to partner with a construction and engineering services company to fill the position of Bilingual Accounting Clerk (Part-Time). This role will support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions, working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and timely processing.

Title: Bilingual Accounting Clerk (Part-Time)
Type: Part-Time
Location: On-site – Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Pay Range: $18–$20/hr DOE

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and clerical tasks, including data entry and document filing.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Organize and maintain accounting files, records, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding invoice questions or missing information.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to the accounting function.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information at all times.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; accounting software experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a part-time, on-site role.
• Comfortable working the scheduled afternoon hours on a consistent basis.
