We're seeking an Accounting Clerk with an accounting degree and a strong foundation in invoicing, general journals, payroll, and cash applications. You'll play a key role in strengthening our financial operations as we expand, helping to streamline processes and ensure accuracy across every transaction.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and post recurring journal entries in the general ledger
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with month‑end close
  • Process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable follow‑up
  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices and payments
  • Support payroll processing and related journal entries
  • Assist with audit documentation and internal control compliance
  • Help identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function
What You Bring :
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 – 5 years of progressive, hands‑on accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Quick Books, Netsuite or similar systems
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
