Staff Accountant II
Location: Tempe, Arizona (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
Responsibilities- Own full-cycle accounting processes, including month‑end close
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Partner cross‑functionally to improve accounting processes and accuracy
- 3+ years of accounting experience, specifically full‑cycle accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
