They are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to oversee a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Senior Tax Manager will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one.

Performance Expectations for the Senior Tax Manager:

• Oversee and train a team of highly motivated staff accountants/tax accountants
• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
• Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Be a hands-on leader

Experience/Qualifications for the Senior Tax Manager:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
• Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
• CPA Certificate required
• 8+ years of proven experience in public accounting, with 5 years in a tax supervisory role
• Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
• Must have strong multi-tasking skills
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
• Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
