Compensation: $90-110K base only.
Work Schedule:
2 days in office, 3 days remote

The team is led by a respected VP of Accounting with a strong public accounting background and a collaborative leadership style. WhatWe're Looking For
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong GL and balance sheet reconciliation skills
- A CPA license or active pursuit of one is preferred (Master’s degree also a plus)
- Not looking for “steady eddy” candidates—this role is for someone who’s driven, adaptable, and ready to take on more
- Friendly, mentally agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Public accounting and/or construction accounting exposure is helpful but not required
- Strong mentorship from experienced, supportive leadership
- Clear upward mobility and exposure to multiple areas of the business
- A balanced hybrid work schedule and flexible culture
- Opportunity to support a fast-scaling organization with meaningful, hands-on responsibilities
- You’ll report to a regional controller and potentially support multiple entities
- Spot bonuses may be offered, but are not guaranteed—expectations should be set accordingly
