• Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Providing proactive tax compliance, planning and advice to clients to help minimize tax liabilities.
• Researching and analyzing tax legislation to stay updated with current tax laws and regulations.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of tax strategies and initiatives.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to provide high-quality tax services.
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to enhance their professional development.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a tax role, preferably with a public accounting firm.
• Proven experience in tax review and preparation of complex tax returns.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and case laws.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
