Staff Accountant

Vaco is seeking a Staff Accountant for a financial services organization in Tempe, AZ!

• Handling daily cash deposit entries, preparing financial reports, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and contributing to financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Journal entry preparation, bank reconciliations, preparing and processing invoices.
• Collaborate with other departments to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of documentation for the annual audit.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (Required)
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, exposure to full cycle accounting.
• Experience in Net Suite (Preferred) and advanced Excel (Required).
• Strong organizational and time management skills are highly recommended.
• Salary $65-75k.
