We handle individual, corporate, and partnership tax assignments along with client accounting work. We are looking for a reliable Tax Preparer who can manage core tax responsibilities and help support growth.

Job Details

Job Duties and Requirements

• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Perform client write-up accounting and general ledger tasks
• Assist with special tax projects as needed
• Work closely with clients to collect information and answer questions
• Build and maintain client relationships with professionalism
• Handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently

Skills and Traits

• 3+ years of individual, corporate, and partnership tax experience
• Strong Quick Books skills and general ledger accounting experience
• Experience with Pro Series a plus but not required
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines

Work Schedule

• February 1 through April 15 requires extended hours, possibly over 50 per week
• Mandatory half-day Saturdays during tax season
