We are seeking a Restaurant Accountant/Controller to work in a hybrid environment. We are located in Central Phoenix.

Applicants must be local and have 3 plus years of Restaurant Accounting experience to be considered.

• Perform accounting and financial reporting functions for multiple entities
• Assist with Month End Close
• Fixed Assets and Reconciliations
• Maintains/manages the accounting processes and records in Restaurant 365
• Manages the annual audit process
• Direct the continuous review of pricing and implementing pricing changes through all systems
• Operates and monitors the organization’s system of internal controls
• Coordinates accounting with operations management to evaluate and implement various business initiatives including process improvement, system implementation and upgrades
• Provides management with timely reviews of organization’s financial status
• Provides operations with timely P&L reports and operational analysis for use in managing the business
• Oversees Accounts Payable and Data Entry functions
• Implement P-card solution with integration to R365 Accounting system
• Provides expertise in all financial areas for start-up of new entities: general accounting, budgeting/forecasting, cash management and decision support
• State Salkes Tax Reporting

• Proficient in computer skills:
  Microsoft Office Suite of products. Restaurant 365 and Toast experience preferred
• Ability to analyze, research, disseminate and make recommendations on multiple projects
• Keen analytical ability, detail oriented and able to provide positive leadership and direction to Accounting/Support personnel
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to plan, organize and execute projects and initiatives
• Ability to conceptualize and design organization and accounting policies and procedures
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of team members, joint venture partners and owners
• Ability to effectively manage work through others, manage change and conflict

Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
