We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial records accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization. This role requires proficiency in accounting software, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. The Bookkeeper will play a vital role in recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions using Quick Books Online and other accounting software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records utilizing spreadsheets and accounting tools.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly to ensure consistency with recorded transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in accordance with established accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support year-end closing processes and assist with audits as needed.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
- Proficiency in Quick Books Online is essential for managing financial records effectively.
- Strong experience working with spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external auditors.

Pay: $85,100.00 – $96,200.00 per year
