About the RoleDinan & Company is seeking a Controller/Accounting Manager to join our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. We will consider full-time or part-time applicants for this in-office position. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our firm.
Dinan offers a competitive compensation package based on experience in a comfortable work environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Process bi-monthly payroll for 75-100 employees through Paychex, audit timesheets, including expense reimbursements
- Accounts Payable—process invoices, cut checks
- Generate monthly financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts, post journal entries
- Coordinate benefit renewals with insurance carriers
- Taxes—work with CPA on quarterly and annual tax returns
- Deep working knowledge of Intuit Enterprise Suite Quick Books
- 5+ years Controller/Accounting Manager experience in a similar environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
