Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of recent tax experience in public accounting, with expertise in handling complex tax returns for various entities. This role requires proficiency in financial statement preparation, year-end tax planning, and multi-state tax compliance.

The ability to provide innovative solutions to tax issues and stay current on tax regulations is essential. Knowledge of Quick Books and strong communication skills are preferred. As a Senior Tax Leader, you will:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying issues and proposing solutions

Oversee engagement deliverables, ensuring quality and timely completion

Demonstrate technical expertise in handling client responsibilities

Review complex tax returns and provide guidance to clients

Provide recommendations for client growth and success

Mentor and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative environment

Engage in business development and client relationship management

Assist in departmental strategic development

Exhibit integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness

Successful candidates will possess:

A bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Accounting or related field7-10 years of technical tax experience4+ years of management experience

Active CPA, EA, or similar certification

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in various tax software and technology

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness
