• process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• manage vendor relationships, resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries, and reconcile vendor statements.
• coordinate vendor setup and onboarding, collecting required documentation, including w-9s, certificates of insurance (cois), and vendor agreements.
• track outstanding invoices and payment requests, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies.
• assist with month-end close activities, including accounts payable accruals, account reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• identify opportunities to improve accounts payable workflows through process improvements and automation while supporting the onboarding of newly acquired healthcare practices.

• experience processing in a multi-location healthcare environment and working with sage intacct
• advanced microsoft excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups)
