Job Description Role:
Contract Coordinator (Purchasing & Vendor Management)  Setting:
Hybrid (2 days in / 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage vendor contracts, pricing schedules, and purchasing data
* Onboard new trade partners and ensure insurance compliance
* Review contracts, maintain vendor records, and process updates
* Partner with purchasing, finance, legal, and operations teams
* Audit data, resolve billing issues, and support production timelines

What We're Looking For:

* Accounts payable, Purchasing, or contract administration experience
* Strong data entry and computer skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred
* Proven job stability and attention to detail
* Must complete an at home assessment, then interview with the hiring manager
