Title:
Construction A/R Administrator
Location:
South Glendale, AZ (85009)
Compensation: $28-$36/hr + Excellent Benefits
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Flexible Start Time (6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM)
Are you a construction billing or Accounts Receivable Administrator who enjoys keeping projects moving, managing collections, and ensuring contract documentation is accurate and complete?
We're seeking a Construction A/R Administrator to support billing, collections, lien documentation, and project administration for a busy construction operation in the west valley.
What You'll Be Doing
+ Manage customer billing, invoicing, cash applications, and collections
+ Prepare and track lien waivers, preliminary notices, and project documentation
+ Set up new jobs and maintain accurate project records
+ Process credit card payments and reconcile customer accounts
+ Support AIA billing and customer platforms such as Textura and Procore
+ Work closely with sales, operations, and customers to resolve billing and contract issues
Requirements
What We're Looking For
+ 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections experience
+ Construction industry experience strongly preferred
+
Experience with AIA billing, lien waivers, preliminary notices, or contract administration is a plus
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Intermediate Excel skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
+ Comfortable learning new technology and AI tools
