Responsibilities
- Manage development, implementation and maintenance of accounting systems including GL, AR, AP and revenue reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards and GAAP
- Perform reconciliations of accounts, balance sheet, P&L and bank accounts
- Prepare management and compliance financial reports and consolidations
- Lead breakage operations, escheatment and state unclaimed property compliance
- Review and recommend accounting policy and internal control changes
- Participate in annual audits and manage direct reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- CPA
- Annual performance-based incentive
