Project Administrative Assistant – T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc.

Penick has built a strong reputation of excellence, efficiency, creativity, and safety. We are looking for a talented Construction Project Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Superintendent on assigned projects.

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via telephone and email
  • Supports team by performing task related to organization and strong communication
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock supplies to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, planning and expediting orders for supplies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience
