We are seeking to add a Process Specialist to our team. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities
  • Enter a variety of data using current technology
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email
  • Perform other duties as required (e.g., printing and scanning documents, proofing documents)
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish positive rapport with every caller
  • Serve as back up in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry or related fields
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline- and detail-oriented
