Data Entry Specialist

This role supports a high-volume, production-driven environment by entering data from various tax-related documents into multiple systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail while handling time-sensitive and confidential information.

In addition to data entry, this position requires reviewing and correcting data discrepancies that demand analytical thinking within established procedures. Success in this role depends on adaptability, multitasking abilities, and comfort working under productivity standards and deadlines.

• Enter customer and account data by accurately inputting text and numeric information from imaged documents.
• Independently research, analyze, and validate documents that require detailed review or correction

• Follow established policies, procedures, and procedural manuals to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume data entry environment
  .

• Proven experience in data entry or production-based roles
• Ability to key a minimum of 12,000 keystrokes per hour
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of adaptability and ability to work independently
• Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
