Our client is currently in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to offer dedicated support to two senior leaders within their team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the capability to manage intricate schedules, travel arrangements, and day-to-day operational requirements with discretion.

Executive and Personal Assistant Role:
This Executive and Personal Assistant position is well-suited for individuals who excel in fast-paced, dynamic atmospheres and bring a proactive, refined, and resourceful approach to executive support.
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, organizing internal and external meetings across various time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries)
- Handle booking and expense reporting as a core responsibility
- Offer daily executive support to two senior leaders, ensuring follow-through and precision on all commitments
- Serve as a communication liaison, drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence on behalf of executives
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and ensure timely follow-up actions
- Provide occasional personal assistance such as errands, reservations, and ad hoc requests to allow executives to focus on core responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth office operations
- Support special projects by conducting light research, organizing data, and handling other assigned duties
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Prior experience in financial services, private equity, or professional services is preferred; candidates from other high-demand industries are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, approachable style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and contemporary collaboration tools
