Escrow Assistant

The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows, relieving branch offices of high-volume paperwork. This role supports a fast-paced, production-focused environment and is responsible for processing a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.

This position is strictly a production and processing role and does not communicate directly with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders. The ability to work overtime, including extended daily hours and occasional weekends, is a condition of employment and an essential function of this position. Employees must be available to work overtime as directed to support production requirements, month-end processing, peak volume periods, and other operational needs.
