Operations Analyst

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026.

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the US
• Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
• Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing/licensing platform with 100% accuracy
• Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information is required
• Summarize research findings and draft them into clear guideline documents

• Handling high-volume research tasks using Google and web resources with meticulous attention to detail
• Reviewing and verifying data entered into credentialing and licensing systems to ensure complete accuracy
• Communicating with healthcare providers and clients via email to gather missing or clarified information
• Translating complex research into well-organized, accessible documentation for internal and external use

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
• Ability to manage substantial research workloads with precision and care
