• Greet customers with professionalism, hospitality, and respect
• Clearly explain service recommendations and repair solutions
• Manage repair orders and workflow efficiently
• Sell services honestly and effectively
• Communicate with customers in person and by phone in a clear, professional manner
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate shuttle service for customers when needed
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership service department preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK a plus)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
