• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Prepare and review service estimates, invoices, and work orders
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and additional service opportunities
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about luxury vehicle brands and dealership services
• Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a luxury automotive dealership
• Strong proficiency with CDK or similar dealership management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively
• Knowledge of luxury vehicle brands and their service requirements
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
