COMPENSATION$32–$45 Per Hour DOE — Competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.

WHAT YOU'LL DOPerform maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical and automotive system concerns accurately and efficiently.
Complete mainline repairs and services according to manufacturer specifications.
Identify repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on inspection findings.
Use diagnostic equipment, service information, and technical resources to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Maintain accurate repair orders and document work performed.
Follow dealership procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and other technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
Deliver quality workmanship and help ensure customer satisfaction.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORMainline automotive repair and diagnostic skills.
Kia certification is preferred for certified technician candidates.
Ability to diagnose vehicle concerns and perform repairs accurately.
Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
