Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client concerns and needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
• Client Accounts and Records:
• Keep accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals
• Stay on top of accounts, ensuring services are within budget and meet client needs
• Internal Collaboration and Strategy:
• Work with sales and other teams to develop strategic marketing plans and achieve KPIs
• Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and improvements
• Business Development:
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
• Communicate regularly with the sales team
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to enhance upselling and cross-selling
• Reporting:
• Generate progress reports for clients and senior management
• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs

• 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in iGaming
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
• Proficiency with customer success and customer relationship management software
