* Position Summary:
** Berghoff Design Group is seeking to add an experienced, knowledgeable, and client-centric individual to join our Maintenance team. The Client Advocate serves as a trusted horticulture concierge and liaison between our clients and production teams. This role is centered on cultivating long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering a seamless, personalized service experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a deep appreciation for horticulture and luxury service.

* Key Responsibilities:
**** Client Relationship Management
** o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.o Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape conditions and client satisfaction.o Provide expert guidance on horticultural care, seasonal enhancements, and landscape improvements.
** Production Coordination
** o Act as a conduit between clients and production crews, translating client goals into actionable plans.o Collaborate with maintenance supervisors, crew leaders and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of services.o Monitor service delivery and proactively address any issues or adjustments needed.
** Service Excellence
** o Anticipate client needs and offer tailored recommendations for landscape enhancements.o Maintain detailed records of client preferences, service history, and feedback.o Facilitate client education on plant care, seasonal changes, and landscape features.
** Problem Solving & Advocacy
** o Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.o Advocate internally for client priorities and ensure their voice is represented in planning and execution.

* Qualifications:
*
* ● Proven experience in client service, account management, or concierge roles—preferably in high-end landscaping, hospitality, or luxury services.
● Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, and seasonal plant care.
● Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Aspire
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple client relationships with attention to detail and discretion.
● Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits.
● Bilingual in both English and Spanish, preferred
