Sr. Digital Product Manager

Symetra has an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Senior Digital Product Manager!

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for your products with full ownership and independence. You will use your deep business and technical expertise to guide case development and set technical direction and manage products throughout the lifecycle. You will clearly articulate each product’s value proposition to partners and make informed recommendations when a product should evolve, be replaced or be retired.

• Develop and communicate product strategy aligned to enterprise goals, collaborating with customers, business partners, and technology teams while securing resources to maintain a healthy product lifecycle.
• Apply Agile practices to deliver high quality solutions, partner with the product owner to maintain a clear and measurable backlog, support delivery teams on protocols manage risks and dependencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary expert for your product domain, tailoring communication across audiences and formats, clearly convey product vision and strategy and acting as main contact for vendors.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact, inform product decisions, assess opportunities and conduct analysis like ROI cost benefit and root‑c曰?…
