No two weeks look the same at Chase Field and thats part of the excitment! We support MLB games, concerts, and special events; this position requires flexibility. You can expect a mix of evenings, weekends, holidays, and event‑driven shifts throughout the year.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing, warehousing, and inventory management activities at Chase Field for Levy Restaurants. This includes implementing best practices, driving supply chain process improvements, and leading a team of warehouse attendants.

• Lead team of Warehouse Attendants and Supervisors to ensure adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Understands all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with Warehouse team to communicate event-specific goals, specials, and company updates.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures related to event readiness, staffing, sanitation, and operational documentation.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment through clear communication, recognition, and accountability.
• Assist in addressing team performance issues, corrective action and counseling.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in inventory management by managing stock levels; complete production logs, monitor portion control and waste/spoilage/gratis logs.
• Assist with inventory counts daily and monthly; participate in month-end inventory procedure.
• Assist with accurate labor forecasting and labor efficiency.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members; including department training.
• Ensure compliance with all Levy policies, procedures, and Core Signatures.
• Reports to Sr. Purchasing Manager & Director of Purchasing.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Supports other Levy locations/properties as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage and/or sports & entertainment operational role preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution setting required.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management & logistics preferred.
• Requires knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products and inventory management programs.
• Serv Safe Alcohol Certification, Serv Safe food handler certification, and/or Title 4 may be required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.
• Forklift, electric pallet jack, electric vehicle cart certifications may be required.

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ascend and descend stairs.
• Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen, warehouse, freezer walk-in environments.
• Some sedentary work including sitting in office at computer for administrative duties.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
