As Grad Guard’s School Onboarding Specialist
, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and seamless integration of our products at partner schools. Your primary focus will be on driving value, facilitating widespread adoption, and helping schools align our solutions with their existing processes.

You will lead the end-to-end implementation process, managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and providing tailored training and support to ensure a smooth transition. Your ability to track and analyze project milestones, manage risks, and communicate effectively will be key to driving success.

This position is based in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities
  • Implementation & Integration: Manage new school implementations and integrations, specializing in diverse integration platforms.
  • Project Management & Onboarding: Act as a project manager, guiding schools through onboarding, ensuring alignment with best practices, and coordinating internal and external partners.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track key onboarding aspects (tasks, dates, risks, interactions) using Salesforce and maintain timely and accurate updates in internal tracking systems for reporting and visibility. Adhere to established onboarding standards.
  • Relationship Management & Support: Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each school to drive product values. Diagnose and resolve school issues, managing day-to-day relationships. Support schools by resolving questions, tracking issues, and providing timely resolutions per guidelines.

    Collaboration:

    Deliver training and end‑user support during onboarding. Collaborate with Sales, School Success, and Developers for a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • 1‑3 years of professional experience in implementation, project management, or a related role, ideally within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active schools and balance diverse client needs in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly motivated to achieve goals, improve efficiency, increase productivity, and enhance school service.
  • Quick to assess a school’s setup and tailor training accordingly.
  • Experience defining business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others, including those without a direct reporting relationship.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to school success.
  • Excellent listening skills to fully understand school requirements and pain points.
  • Passionate about complex challenges and committed to top‑notch service.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience delivering impactful presentations.
