We are seeking an experienced full-time Contract Administrator to manage project contracts and financial documentation, ensuring smooth operations from initial contract review through final closeout.

• Review and markup all new construction contracts
• Manage financial flow by creating accurate monthly progress billing applications and processing transactions
• Handle accounts receivable management and necessary collections calls
• Initiate lien preparation and monitor preliminary lien notifications
• Coordinate project badging/access requirements and secure current project insurance certificates
• Maintain 360º safety accountability and keep administrative records current through rigorous process documentation

• Commercial construction experience
• 3+ years of project specification experience
• Contract management experience is preferred

Starting pay is $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.

7 am – 4 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7 am – 2 pm on Fridays.
