This position serves as a Contract Specialist for the Engineering Consultant Section
Responsibilities- Contract
Knowledge - Reviewing and Approving Payment Reports/Invoices
- Accounting practices
- Fundamentals of budget and expenditures
- Computer knowledge including;
- Google, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Adobe Organizing and Prioritizing work assignments
- Experience with Contracts/Contract Knowledge
- 2+ Years of Accounting
Experience - Experience reviewing and approving Payment reports/Invoices
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Experience
- Fundamentals of Budgets and Expenditures
- Education Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
