What You’ll Do

As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our global commercial operations by:

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Analyse and understand business challenges, identifying bottlenecks within the sales process.
• Design and improve processes—either independently or in cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows, best practices, and task execution guides.

Data, Reporting & Operational Support

• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and files for our global sales community.
• Create and deliver Power BI dashboards and commercial tools to support strategic decision‑making (e.g., pricing analysis, discounting, trends).
• Ensure real‑time updates of client activities in Salesforce and support compliance with CRM processes.

AI & Automation Integration

• Develop and implement generative AI solutions to improve efficiency and workflow performance.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate automation (e.g., Power Automate) and AI into existing processes.
• Manage and resolve requests from our global Commercial Services shared mailbox.
• Provide pricing support, advising employees and ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines.
• Review quotes, manage price indexation, and assess non‑standard pricing and product requests.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with regional sales teams to track KPIs, pipeline progress, and performance.
• Lead or support project management activities for new tools, processes, and global rollouts.
• Support our Salesforce community of 150+ users, promoting adoption and best practices.

Skills & Knowledge

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Strong analytical capability and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and numerical literacy.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs (desirable).
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, Power Automate, SQL, or DAX (desirable).
• Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across departments.
• Learns quickly and adapts to evolving data analytics technologies.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a sales support or business analyst role within a large/global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel periodically for internal meetings.
