Vice President of Executive Search at SBT:

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be trusted early with meaningful responsibilities, including building candidate pipelines, executing full-lifecycle search engagements, and collaborating closely with firm leadership. - Develop deep knowledge of the semiconductor and technology industries to build lasting intellectual capital.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not necessarily required. SDR/BDR/CSR experience or other recruiting/sales experience is a plus.
- A genuine interest in technology and talent markets, specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Semiconductor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
