Facilities Maintenance Analyst – JLL Maintenance Planning Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary specialist and resource regarding facilities planned maintenance and recurring work standardization and scheduling.
  • Build and deploy preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Design dashboards and self-service reports utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Reports Module.
  • Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Use key performance measures to find areas of improvement for efficiency and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure strict configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents.
  • Prepare and facilitate corporate real estate maintenance plan training.
Other Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage work request queues for telecommuters; re‑route requests accordingly.
  • Monitor move/add/change integration error reports; route requests accordingly and report any significant integration issues affecting service delivery times.
  • Assist maintenance teams with configuring, loading, and decommissioning equipment assets in the CMMS system, associating equipment assets with schedules, and creating or modifying maintenance procedures.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
  • 3+ years of Experience in Equipment Maintenance Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Software Systems (CMMS). Preference for Corrigo.
  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite in the Dallas Ft. Worth area or Phoenix, AZ.
