Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Talascend is currently seeking a Contract Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in Phoenix, Arizona
.
This role ensures compliance with company policies and legal standards while providing strategic guidance on complex contractual matters.
Responsibilities- Lead deal reviews and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions.
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts in alignment with corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on complex or high-risk contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and sales to ensure contract accuracy and alignment.
- Mentor and direct junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to contract strategy development.
- Bachelors degree required
- 6-8 years of experience in contract negotiation and administration
- Preferred: advanced degree or certification in contract management
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Worker will utilize SAP Fieldglass for weekly time reporting.
