Pay Rate: $18/hr

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

The Business Analyst intern will assist in requirements gathering and business process analysis for strategic IT initiatives. Gather and document business requirements by meeting with stakeholders and understanding their needs.

  • Understand how business requirements are captured and translated into technical solutions.
  • Gain experience in documenting current and future state processes.
  • Learn fundamentals of enterprise architecture and digital transformation in a financial services context.
  • Document current and future state payment processes.
  • Support requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating process maps and workflow diagrams.
  • Contribute to Payments Modernization Initiative
    • Collect requirements, analyze gaps, prepare documentation for future-state design.

What You Bring

  • Education:

    Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • MS Office products
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize complex information.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to data analysis or visualization tools (Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI).
  • Basic understanding of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio or Lucidchart).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology or SDLC concepts is a plus.
  • A passion for people, innovation, and growth.
