Senior Business System Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst – Supply Planning
Location: Remote (If based in Phoenix, AZ, that will be a plus)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep experience in supply planning for semiconductor manufacturing
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4

HANA master data and transactional data processing
, with a proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions to optimize the client’s supply chain operations.

• Partner with client stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize supply planning processes for semiconductor manufacturing.

• Work with S/4
  
  HANA master data objects, including:

• Item/Material Master

• Bill of Materials (BOMs)

• Routing / Work Centers

• Manage and support transactional data processing
  , including:

• Production Orders

• Purchase Orders

• Stock Transfers / Inventory Movements

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, procurement, production, IT) to ensure smooth integration of planning solutions.

• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.

• Drive process improvements, reporting, and best practices within supply planning and manufacturing execution.

• Additional Responsibilities (Supply Chain Planning SA – US):

• Work with client users to understand requirements and convert them into Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

• Collaborate with developers on design and development activities.

• Create functional detail design/specification documents
  .

• Perform functional testing
  , including identification and resolution of bugs.

• Support client operations in regular shifts (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST, Monday to Friday).

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing and supply planning.

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA master and transactional data.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, and production execution
  .

• Prior experience supporting a client in the semiconductor industry
  .

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment
  .

• Must be able to support PST timezone
  .

• Based in or near Phoenix, AZ
  .

• Experience with SAP IBP or other advanced planning tools.

• Knowledge of integration points between S/4 modules (PP, MM, SD, WM).

• Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization for planning KPIs.
