Product manager for post-purchase engagement

• Define the product vision for the post-purchase experience across Apps & Web and build improved experiences at scale
• Navigate complex trade-offs and use data-informed frameworks to deliver high-impact execution
• Build seamless, high-quality customer features using AI-enabled product practices
• Set the product vision, roadmap, and targets, and drive progress toward them
• Identify product opportunities, select solutions, and execute ideas
• Apply repeatable product methodologies across cross-functional teams, from customer discovery and solution design through delivery
• Mentor colleagues and act as a role model for product management
• Define KPI frameworks and run experiments to maximize commercial value and inform the roadmap
• Use AI technologies for prototyping, data understanding, and decision-making

• Significant experience planning and deploying technical products at scale or equivalent product leadership experience
• Strong track record envisioning, developing, and building successful platform and capability products
• Ability to contribute to and explain a product strategy
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into products
• Experience with user research and product discovery
• Experience working with cross-functional Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams
