Jr. Project Manager in Phoenix

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Jr Project Manager to support employee engagement, recognition, leadership development, and employee experience initiatives. This role will partner with stakeholders across the organization to coordinate projects, manage communications, track deliverables, and ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Coordinate and support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist with meeting coordination, leadership programs, employee engagement activities, and special projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and project documentation.
• Support vendor management activities and budget tracking as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  Project Management, Project Coordination, Operations, Program Administration, Event Management
• 3+ years of experience in:
  Stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, independent work management
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Share Point

• Vendor management experience.
• Budget tracking and reporting experience.
• Experience using project management platforms
