The AI-driven Commercial and Operations transformations team is a rapidly growing practice serving private equity firms and large corporates on commercial excellence, pricing strategy, and AI-enabled transformation of commercial operations. Our teams partner with clients to unlock commercial value by driving revenue and margin improvements through advancing pricing strategy, custom AI & ML pricing engines, optimize sales operations using custom AI agents and AI-augmented decision-making, enhance sales effectiveness and enablement using ML & AI solutions and optimize commercial org for the future.

Advise companies in the areas of Revenue & Margin Improvement through Price optimization, sales effectiveness, margin transparency, product portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization, sales operations efficiency, customer churn and retention and margin recovery, leveraging ML & AI tools and models. Our team focuses on driving performance improvements in top-line revenue, margin improvement and marketing mix optimization. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing teams of Alvarez & Marsal professionals to address complex business challenges within Commercial Excellence.

The right person will be highly skilled at communicating with C-level management, conceiving, and structuring analytical plans to uncover drivers of performance, designing actionable solutions to drive Revenue & Margin improvements, and developing implementation plans.

The Pricing Director must have a proven track record leading or co-leading major pricing and commercial excellence consulting engagements at a top-tier consulting firm, with demonstrated ability to shape client strategy and execution, or, held leadership roles (Director/VP level) in a corporate commercial, pricing, or revenue function, responsible for pricing strategy, pricing governance, or commercial excellence initiatives
