Real Estate Portfolio Manager

The Manager Real Estate Services, in partnership with Real Estate leadership, provides tactical, strategic, and transactional oversight of Republic Services owned and leased real estate portfolio, including relationship management with external brokers and company operations leadership, and input into the development of the portfolio strategy and implementation plan.

Real Estate CRM to staff and field operations, including acquisition/site selection, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, condemnations, etc.

Partners with and coordinates broker services, and activities (including engagement documents, pipeline/status reports, and critical date tracking) Actively involved in the development of the portfolio strategy and optimization. Communicates terms and partners with Legal Team on all real estate-related contracts. Supports staff and field operations with real estate-related business cases. Provides real estate-related data management, reporting, analytics, and KPI’s.

Advanced knowledge of corporate real estate and related financial terms and principles Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience working with Corporate Legal Team Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, and condemnations. Recent experience with real estate software and data management. This is an in-office position. In office 4 days per week / 1 day per week remote. Our office is located in North Phoenix off the 101 near the Tatum Blvd exit. Must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area.
