We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help build and evolve consumer-facing platform capabilities that enable secure agentic experiences for American Express Card Members across AI platforms, partner channels, and personal agents.  As AI agents do more on customers' behalf, customers need clear, simple ways to understand and control their access without unnecessary friction. This role focuses on identity, authorization, consent, and agent identity.

You will own the roadmap for customer access and consent within the MCP platform, building capabilities that make permissions understandable, enforceable, and easy to manage, including granting, expiring, and revoking access as new experiences launch. You'll help customers connect their accounts and grant, manage, or revoke agent access while making it easier for developers to build on these capabilities. Responsibilities Own Customer Access, Consent, and Authorization Own the product roadmap and delivery for the assigned customer access, consent, authorization, and agent identity domain, from problem framing and requirements through launch, measurement, adoption, and iteration.

Partner with engineering, Enterprise Identity, security, privacy, risk, and product teams to define and deliver secure customer account-connection patterns. Define product requirements for authentication, delegated access, authorization, permissions, consent capture, requests for additional access, customer understanding and control, agent identity, and revocation. Define when changes to capabilities or permissions require additional customer consent and preserve existing access when current permissions remain sufficient.

Ensure permissions are understandable to customers and technically enforceable as tools, partner models, and agent capabilities to evolve. Define and Drive Reusable Access and Consent Patterns Define reusable patterns for customer access, authorization, and consent, and work with engineering and domain teams to adopt them. Partner with engineering and architecture to translate customer, policy, and technical constraints into prioritized requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.

Distinguish what should be standardized across use cases and partners from what must remain domain- or partner-specific, balancing reuse with near-term delivery. Measure and Improve Owned Capabilities Define success measures for the access and consent capabilities you own, including…
