The Extra-Duty/Off-Duty Employment Program Analyst is responsible for the analysis, research, and evaluation of MCSO’s extra-duty and off-duty employment programs. This position supports the Extra-Duty/Off Duty Employment Program Manager by performing compliance reviews, financial reconciliations, data reporting and guidance, and develops recommendations for improved monitoring and accountability in coordination with Office policy and vendor contracts.

The position functions at the intersection of compliance review, reporting, program analysis, and operational support.

* ** Prior to hiring, the Sheriff's Office requires that all candidates pass a background review.

**** Experience with scheduling platforms, audit protocols, financial reconciliations, and Arizona public safety employment regulations.
* Experience with law enforcement systems and procurement reconciliation.
* Law enforcement experience in sworn, detention/custody, and/or civilian classifications.
