We are seeking a Business Continuity Manager to strengthen our business continuity program and support day-to-day continuity and operational readiness activities. In this role, you will partner across Legal, IT, Operations, Facilities, and Risk Management to maintain and enhance our business continuity plans and related procedures, helping to ensure the organization can respond effectively to disruptions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong organizational and problem-solving mindset, along with experience with business continuity programs.

• Maintain, update, and administer business continuity plans and supporting documentation across business units, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and ongoing operational resilience. Ensure documents remain current and reflect organizational changes, technology updates, process modifications, and emerging risks.
• Partner with manager and key stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and align them with IT disaster recovery capabilities.
• Support the planning, scheduling, execution, and documentation of business continuity exercises, tabletop simulations, and recovery testing activities; assist with preparing exercise reports, lessons learned, after-action reviews, and corrective action plans; conduct regular testing of emergency notification and communication processes.
• Support response efforts during business disruptions, crises, and emergency situations by assisting with incident coordination, stakeholder communications, situation reporting, and recovery activities.
• Deliver business continuity training, awareness campaigns, and educational materials to increase employee preparedness and organizational resilience.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of business continuity policies, standards, procedures, methodologies, and governance processes.
• May assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, crisis management, enterprise risk concepts and familiarity with ISO and other applicable standards preferred.
